I Originally decided to go with a Dodge Grand Caravan when i purchased my new vehicle this month from Karmike USA. Immediately after purchasing it i stated to have horrible troubles with the vehicle. I was getting extremely irate about this situation because I had literally just purchased it. But after being able to talk to Joe Ryan about the situation and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Instead of telling me I was SOL Joe took the time and actually helped me swap out my vehicle for a different one. I returned to KarMike to purchase a second vehicle. Once again, I went to see Joe Ryan. He was my go to guy when I purchased my first vehicle. His attention, willingness to help, and straight forward sales manner was the same as it was when I purchased my first vehicle. Even with gas prices going through the roof, Joe still put gas in the vehicle after it was purchased. Joe was very knowledgable about his job. All of the staff at this dealership, the salesman, the finance officer, and support guys are the best iv ever experienced. From my experience the alpha salesman that makes things happen is Mr. Greg. He was an absolute dream to work with. He did everything possible to make sure that I was able to drive the 2012 GMC YUKON XL DANELI that is my dream car off of the lot. This guy is not your typical salesman. He is not just trying to get ur cash and push u out the door, he truly wants to help you with whatever he can in any way he can and from what I hear the other guys are the same. I got an amazing deal on a 2012 Chevy Traverse. I shopped around and similar vehicles at other dealerships, including new car dealerships had more mileage and a higher price tag. I don't know how Mike pulls it off but he gets top quality pre owned cars. The staff was truly amazing and treats you like family. Highly recommend KarMike USA for a pleasurable car buying experience!
